Here's a good question

Sayyy you've been on LAWL for a few months, lost like 30lbs, and then you go off again for maybe 2 months

THEN you get back on, will you lose what they call "water weight" again?

You know what I'm talking about..Those super fast first 10lbs that you lose when you start..

It depends on how much you have gained back-if you will lose a lot of water weight. If you have gained back about 1- pounds-then a couple might come off quickly the first week or two...but if you have gained back 20+, you might find that more water weight pounds come off quicker. Does that make sense?
