Ok, go to laweightloss.com- then it says something like loose weight now. Then enter your zip code. It will take you to another page that has whoppi on it. There are tabs across the top, says Home, La plan, loss weight in a center, loss weight online. click on this tab- get signed up from there. Let me know if you still need help! |
Everyone interested in LA Online. I just want to say how happy I am so far. They have a group of counselers that you can call ( i believe 24 hours) that are so incredibly helpful. They know everything and answer everything. If you have a struggle they talk you through it, you need food Ideas they got it. I call alot and they never act bothered. The receipes on line are awesome. Plus if you choose a receipe from the website, you can type in the name and it automatically deducts from your allowed portions/servings. I could go on and on...but i love it

I give you so much credit for actually being able to do it fully online! :carrot: I know, when I'm dependent on the online tool I just wouldn't trust myself with my own weigh-ins. :o I could just see me managing to cheat somehow. As for sales I haven't seen them, but there's a reason there are bar supplements and e-bay! :hug: By the way my name's the same over on those boards, how do you think I disovered these? |
Thanks Megan! Online works for me casue I really want it-the weight loss that is. As well as my little ticker on here holds me accoutable as well as the postive energy and great results from this boards...It all keep me motivated!

Its great because I'm really far from a center and I'm able to use and work with a program that I know works. I track my weight once a week and take a peek at the scale 2-3 times throughout the week. I make sure not to cheat because then I'm just cheating myself. |
