I would like to do a TO. I had a little too much fun this weekend! The problem is that I do not do the Lites and I know that these are part of the TO program. Should I just sub a Pria bar or something? Is there a food equivalent that I could do Vs. a bar? Thanks.
Holly - The bars are an integral part of the limited TO. You can use two Luna bars, Pria Complete, Kashi Cruncy, and the new Kelloggs Special K Protein meal replacement bars are good too.
