I am doing the 2 day la express. What exactly is this doing? Am I supposed to get 'cleansed'? I WI tomorrow in the afternoon and I just dont think this does anything........... Maybe I am wrong.

I think the main thing it does (if you have followed exactly what they have outlined) is curb your carve cravings and eliminate some of the sugar build up you may have in your system. Ask them at the COD exactly what it is supposed to do; I'd be curious what they say.

I plan on asking them what it exactly does. I followed the plan exactly the way she told me to but I am craving carbs to no end. I will wait this out. It is one more day...........
