A Quick ? re: T/O

  • I was wondering if during T/O we have to pick only 2 kinds of veggies for the whole day? Or an assortment of the green veggies? It looks to me to be only 2 kinds from my red book. (I am hoping I'm wrong..lol)

    You can choose from any of the green veggies on the TO list, but you can only have 2 cups raw or 1 cup cooked veggies for the whole day. I've mixed it up a couple of times and haven't had any problem. Veggies are so low in calories anyway, you really can't go too wrong with them.

    I have successfully made it through my first day of T/O. It actually wasn't as hard as I expected - although by the end of tomorrow, I may feel entirely different about it!! LOL I sure hope this does the trick and gets me back on track!
