Hi Everyone,

I've been lurking here for a few days and I'm excited to join this great group. I started LAWL on 10/22 and so far I'm down 8 pounds. I'm so excited! They originally had me on the purple plan, but just switched me to the red because I'm doing quite a bit of exercise.

Anway, I'm Michelle. I live in Portland, Oregon. I've been overweight my whole life...you name it, I've tried it. I have about 90 pounds to lose. I look forward to getting to know you all! :)

Oh my goodness......maybe you are my long lost twin....I also am a stay at home mom, and I have a 4 year old and a 2 year old, both boys. I also have 3 girls.........and they are all in school full time. They are 16, 11, and 8.

Thanks everyone for the warm welcomes.

Holly-We belong to a gym, so three times a week I do 45 minutes of cardio (alternating between the stairmaster, treadmill, elliptical, and bicycle) and 20-30 minutes of weight training. I walk on my treadmill or outdoors two days a week for an hour and take two days off per week.

I joined the group in August but did not join LAWL until October. I am one of those who has to research everything before I jump in!!! With that being said, I am really glad I joined and am now starting my journey to a thinner me.
