Just Had A Total Hip Replacement And Need To Get Back On Program...help!!!
Can anyone refresh my memory. I lost my beginning directions when I first joined. I just had a total hip replacement 7 weeks ago and I am on a 3 month medical leave from my membership. I would like to start back but can't remember the first 3 day program with the juice. I would like to do this on my own before I go back to the center. I was thinking of using one of the juices from the drug stores.....any directions would be greatly appreciated!!!!

LA Express (2 Day Weight Loss Progam)
* Mock Take Off drink Buy 2 bottles of the Knudsen Morning Blend juice and each day you mix 6 oz water, 26 oz Knudsen's juice and 8 teaspoons Benefiber powder. This seems to be the closest in taste/nutrition to the COD juice. Or you can use 4 oranges or 4 cups of cantalope. When you first start the program, Take off consists of: Unlimited proteins (meat, poultry, fish) Unlimited raw, green salad veggies 2 eggs or 1/2 C egg beaters 4 glasses of the TO drink * 8 8 oz glasses of water 1/2-1/2 tsp Morton Lite salt NO OTHER FOODS -no bread, no milk, cheese, fruit, condiments, etc. You can have up to 24 oz per day of diet soda, 3 packets of articifical sweetner, 2 cups of coffee. |
