Brown Rice - need suggestions
 

Maybe this should go in a recipes section and I admit I have not made it all the way through all the recipes on here yet but I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for jazzing up brown rice a bit. I like brown rice but not plain brown rice. Are there any ways you girls use it and flavor it up somehow?

Any suggestions would be helpful.

Funny-I think plain brown rice is delicious-it's so nutty and flavorful . . . .I buy the microwaveable 2 serving bags from Trader Joe's and serve stir-fry over it. Or I bake chicken breasts in the LA cream of chx soup and serve it with the rice-spooning the "gravy" over it.

Alannah- I posted a recipe for Sunday chicken casserole and Spicy orange chicken. They both use brown rice and are both yummy!!

Alannah - I like brown rice best with stir fry so I add a dash of lite salt, pepper, garlic and a pinch of ginger. Sometimes I even add a little pineapple..it's sooooooooooo good!
