Nicole - You may want to talk to your COD about the plan. I started on Purple and moved to Gold w/lite when I got to about 178 lbs. Better double check!!

Nicole - I'm Purple w/lites, Won't move to gold until under 180. They do make some exceptions for different lifestyles, but having them double check might be a good idea - you need to be on the right plan for us to get to onederland by Christmas!!!!!
