Easy Chocolate Cake

  • 1 ½ cups Bisquick Heart Smart Baking Mix
    ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup Splenda, granular
    ¾ cup fat-free milk
    2 Tbsp fat free Half & Half
    ¼ cup light butter
    1 tsp vanilla extract




    Preparation:

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
    Coat an 8x8 inch cake pan with cooking spray.
    In a large bowl combine baking mix, cocoa powder and Splenda.
    Add milk, half& half, margarine and vanilla extract.
    Mix gently using a sturdy spoon.
    Evenly spread in a cake pan.
    Bake for 17-21 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
    Place pan on wire rack and allow to cool.
