Broccoli Chicken Casserole
 

In reading the recipe for this casserole it calls for 1 pkg. of LAWL Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken soup. I'm doing the plan on my own and wondered what I could substitute since I don't buy any LAWL products...if anyone can shed some light on this for me I would appreciate it...

Sorry, but I don't know if there is anything comparable. This counts as an LA Lite and it's made with soy protein. When I first started, I bought the cup a soup cream of chicken, and it's nothing like the LAWL one. (One of the few things). Maybe someone else can think of something.

Or maybe you can look at the calories on a canned version and then approximate calorie wise, just knowing that it won't be nutritionally equivalent.
