The ABS DIET

  • Hi!
I just picked up the book and guidebook today after hearing nothing but great things. I have a ton of weight to release in my stomach area and I want to increase my intake of clean "power" foods, so I thought this plan would be perfect.

Any takers? You could check out details on Amazon.com and maybe get the book from your local library.

    Here's to a strong core!

    Love & light,

  • My brother has been doing the abs diet for about a month now and he loves it. He says he is eating food that he never thought he would and feels great. He used to be a competitive gymnast and after about 8 years off he lost all of that muscle tone. He said he should have it back in no time.
  • This is good to know.
I wonder if the program is best for men though since it was in Mens Workout magazine?

  • HonieeLove: Sorry I haven't replied in a while. I did read the Abs Diet book, my brother let me borrow it. It actually has alot of good information. You do not follow any specific plan or exercise regime. It basically tells you about the healthy foods out there and which ones are good for your body. Also it talks about quality exercising and how to achieve that. I am modifing my diet to incorporate more of the suggested foods and doing more strength training. They also have an Abs Diet for women, it is basically the same thing.
