Does anyone have/know use a comparable cereal bar to the LAWL cereal bar (which counts as 1S and 1F). The stats on a LAWL cereal bar (Strawberry if it matters) are as follows:

130 cals; 3g fat; 95 mg sodium; 25g carbs, 2g fiber; 13g sugar; 1g protein

I think the Nutrigrain bars are pretty close. They go between 140 calories and 3g fat, 26g carbs, 13g sugar, 1g protein, 120g sodium.

This was the strawberry one.

Lea Ann, I am a conosseur (can't spell that word) of cereal bars! Although I haven't had them lately because I kinda got tired of them. But I buy store brand Nutrigrain bars like Cassi suggested. A lot cheaper and not so many calories. Also like Atkins morning bars. But they have protein in them, so be aware of that.
