My Kndusen juice is 32 0z so was I wrong in mixing it 1/2 of bottle with 16 oz water like the LA Juice? I did that for 2 days and it seems to taste almost the same.

When I used the Knudsens I didn't mix it at all. Maybe that's why I've never been too successful on TO. I used the LAWL TO this time--showed a slight loss but I don't want to jinx it!!

I did the TO just like this , used the LA TO juice, and I only lost 2 pounds.. I see every one else it losing more like 3-6 pounds. I don't even see why I starved myself to lose 2 pounds that is normally what I lose over the weekend.
I also drank ALOT of water the first day, 8L.. I drank 6 1/2L the second day. I normally drink 5L a day.

Candice - I only lose about 2lb also. The 3 was a fluke, I'm sure. But you probably don't lose that much because you are OP and your body isn't retaining any extra water weight to lose. And if you normally lose 2lb over the weekend - Congrats to you! I don't lose nearly that much. You would have no need to do TO (Torturing Oneself) since you're already losing so consistently and so great. (And you're staying OP all the time).
