newbie here

just wanted to introduce myself, my name is katrina and i did very well on the lawl plan 4years ago. i had lost over 100lbs, then a lot of things stress depression etc, i gained it all back. i am now doing the plan on my own. i have been lurking for a while and thought it time to start posting. you guys are all wonderful with lots of helpful tips thank you so much.

i know i can do it, and it will be much easier having a support group, not going to the center for "check ups" makes it easy to fall off the wagon, but knowing i have a place to keep me on track is a big load lifted off me. thanks for the encouragement.
