Tuna Casserole - 1

  • Recipe name: Tuna Casserole

    Ingredients:

    1 (12 oz.) can tuna water packed, flaked
    4 oz. dry elbow macaroni
    1 (10.75oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, reduced-sodium, reduced fat
    1 cup skim milk
    1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
    1 cup frozen peas
    3/4 cup cubd, reduced-fat cheddar cheese

    Preparation:

    *Cook macaroni in a pot of boiling water, without fat or salt. Drain

    *In a saucepan, heat together soup, milk, and cheese. Stir in worcestershire sauce.

    *Once cheese has melted, add tuna and peas. Stir in macaroni

    *Pour into a baking dish that has been coated with nonfat cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20-25 minutes
