I am trying to find out more about the Knudsen's juice. I am going to go buy it today at the Health Food Store and was wondering how do you all mix your juice? Thanks

This is courtesy of a post by Cassi; you need 2 bottles of Knudsen's to do a 2 day take off; I pay $2.99 a bottle at my local Publix supermarket.

mix 6 oz water, 26 oz Knudsen's juice and 8 teaspoons Benefiber powder. This seems to be the closest in taste/nutrition to the COD juice. You drink 4 8 oz glasses each day; 32 oz each day.

Hi I'm a newbie! And I'm so excited!

Several years ago I did LAWL and I lost alllllll my baby weight (like close to 70 pounds in 7 months)! I looked great! However, I got a little big headed and put some of it back on. Since the weight gain, LAWL has vacated my area! I was so happy to find this web site.

It's been such a long time since I've had Take Off or anything remotely close to it. I don't really remember the specifics of it. When drinking the Knudsen's recipe for Take Off...do you drink 64 oz. of water a day on top of the 32 oz. a day in this recipe? Or is the receipe part of the 64 oz. of water you are supposed to drink a day?
