Turkey Sausage
Ingredients:
10 or 14 oz ground turkey breast, size according to plan 1/2 tsp dried sage 1/4 tsp ground black pepper 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper 1/4 tsp Morton Lite Salt Preparation Instructions: In large bowl, combine turkey and seasonings. Mix thoroughly. Divide evenly and shape into 2.5-3.5 oz patties, size according to plan. Heat skillet, coated with nonfat cooking spray, over a medium flame. Add patties to skillet and cook thoroughly on each side, or to an internal temperature of 165°F. Uncooked patties may be frozen. Makes 4 servings Serving Size: 1 patty Counts As: 1/2 Protein |
