I have found a little thing I do can make my LAWL work. Its writing "my daily reason." I found myself thinking about them at work yesterday when those "Friday" brownies showed up. My co worker makes the best ones on Friday and I ate NONE!! I am usually good for 3 or 4. I actually thought about taking Fridays off, but this "reason" gve me the power to say no. Does anyone else feel the same??
Where do you write your daily reason? Sounds like a great idea. I do some stuff in my head everday - visualizing what I'll look like, (when I'm at my goal weight), in the morning before I get up and at night before I fall asleep, but actually writing something down also sounds like a good idea.

I post it in the thread, but I started writing it in my food diary too.
That's a cool idea. I might start putting one in my food diary. The counselors at the center will think I'm very poetic.
