"The little things"

  • I have found a little thing I do can make my LAWL work. Its writing "my daily reason." I found myself thinking about them at work yesterday when those "Friday" brownies showed up. My co worker makes the best ones on Friday and I ate NONE!! I am usually good for 3 or 4. I actually thought about taking Fridays off, but this "reason" gve me the power to say no. Does anyone else feel the same??
  • Where do you write your daily reason? Sounds like a great idea. I do some stuff in my head everday - visualizing what I'll look like, (when I'm at my goal weight), in the morning before I get up and at night before I fall asleep, but actually writing something down also sounds like a good idea.
  • I started a thread. Find it in the postings.
  • I post it in the thread, but I started writing it in my food diary too.
  • That's a cool idea. I might start putting one in my food diary. The counselors at the center will think I'm very poetic.
