which plan?
Hello all I am new to 3 fat chicks.
My sister and I are doing LA Weightloss together. I had done it 3 years ago with great success but.. I have gained back the weight. So as my sister says I need to be POP again. Problem is I lost all of my materials and now I can not figure out what plan I should be on or how many staches etc I should be losing. I searched past threads but found nothing that fit quite right. I weigh Ugghhhh 260 lbs and I want to get down to 180 by next June. Any guiddance would be much appreciated. I think last time I was on the purple plan. I am meeting with a personal trainer and working out every day so atleast I have that going for me. :carrot: Thanks for any help that you can give. |
I started at 256 and was on red until 224 when I was moved to purple. I will go to gold at 180.
Red is 2 1/2 Protein, 3 Starches, 4 Veggis, 3 Fruit, 1 Dairy, 1 Fat and 2 Lites. Purple loses 1/2P and 1S Hope this helps. Good luck! |
