feeling sluggish

Hello!

I have been eating right, takes my vit, drinking all my water and excersing a few times a week, and I feel sluggish durring all day long.
Do you know why this could be?

How are spacing out your meals - I find I have to eat 5-6 times a day, morning at 7-8, mid morning snack at 10, lunch at 12, midday snack at 3, dinner at 6 - and I save a veggie for an evening snack around 8 - something light and crunchy like cucumber slices or baby carrots - nice to munch on during a movie or some tv.

yes I am, I eat just as the red plan says.. breakfast, mid am, lunch, mid pm, dinner, & evening.

oh yeah forgot to mention, that I am on quite a few meds, Topamax, webutrin, risperdal, & naproxen.. and these make me tired.. they were causing me to take naps before I started LAWL but after I started LAWL I felt so full of engry from eating all these meals/food that I did not need naps anymore. That only lasted about 1 week not I feel sluggish all day long no so much that I need naps though not like before but to the point where I just feel like I dont want to do much and I feel kind of spaced out. Like yesterday I posted here on the board and it took me about an hour to finally finish a 1 posting.

How are you combining your foods? Try always eating protein with carbs, for instance, a string cheese with fruit, or peanut butter with apples, or eggs with toast, etc. If I do not follow this rule, I will drag all afternoon long.

I'm not on LAWL but I'm on tons of meds that make me sluggish. When I'm gung ho about somethng new I don't notice it as much. Then the sleepy blues come back. I actually asked my doc to help out with that.
