Red Plan
Hi!
I'm on the Gold Plan and my husband is interested in joining me in my fitness jouney. :carrot: Can anyone tell me what is on the Red Plan and the portions, I've heard that is most likely the plan he should be on. I don't think the COD would give me the info, unless he joined too. Thanks! Red is two more ounces of protein than gold, and 1 extra starch, and 1/2 protein

So: 2-1/2 Protein (approx. 6oz cooked) 3 Starch, 3 Veg, 3 Fruit, 1 Milk, 1 Fat, 2 Lt bars |
The protein is 8 oz. chicken or 6 oz. pork or red meat, and 7 oz. most fish. It is raw weight. If it is cooked, subtract an ounce. And add a veggie. I forgot that.
