Default Have you considered Core?

WW core is South Beach, but that is just my opinion. And the answer was yes, I did both at the same time until health issues prevented me from eating anything made from grain.... any kind of grain.

I did WW & SBD before they came out with the core plan.

If you have the SBD book with and use your points calculator you can easily do SBD while counting your points.

I did this because I liked the concept of the SBD plan but needed the portion control I get with the points system and my food log.

If you are interested in seeing how I worked it out I have my old SBD/WW menu's posted in the SBD forum and you can use them as templates to create your own menu's.

The WW core program is also a very good program - if you want to learn more just visit our Core Threads.
