We loved this. The only thing I did different is add a lot of sauteed mushrooms, peppers, and onions to create an extra veg serving (we always struggle with this) and I put the cheese on top toward the end vs. mixing it in. Sometimes cheese flavor gets "lost" in something like that to me. Thank you so much for putting this up...my family really loved it!
