Well I've decided to try the boost thing. Currently on Day 4 did TO then two days regular and tomorrow will do the slimdown.
Biz you still doing it?

A whopping 3 lbs But actually-as slow as it's been, that wasn't so bad. Of course-if I'd stick the the plan, I'd lose more. I'm really determined to have the next 3 weekends be OP.

Hi girls! I'm here too! I'm on day 6. I did TO Sat and Sun, reg plan Mon and Tues and had a shake yesterday in place of lunch... (but then had a not on plan dinner due to an ER trip)... anyway... today I am chugging the lemon water this morning and will have a shake for lunch. I'm glad there are others doing this too!
