Well, it WAS a good day.

  • Well, I went for my WI today at noon, as I have things to do right after work. And I'm UP. 1.2 pounds. I can't believe it. I stay soooo perfect on the plan, and now this. It was bad enough on Monday to be up then down on Wednesday now THIS.

    This is so frustrating.
  • Joan:
I am so sorry you are feeling frustrated. It must be hard to have the scale wiggle on you like that!

When I did LAWL after my first baby, that would hapen to me about every two months or so. Not sure why, but it always worked itself out. I believe that if you continue doing what you are doing, being POP, the scale will have to start moving again. Hang in there and keep your head up, girl!
  • Well, my counselors suggested I do another takeoff, which I will do. Its going to be a long ugly weekend at my house.
  • I bet that would break the stall. Let's not call it a plateau just yet...
BTW, do you do the limited or unlimited TO? I do the unlimited and was hoping for some new ideas for chicken or turkey.
Keep us posted on the TO results!
  • I make sure everone stays the heck away from me during take off. I am the most unpleasant of unpleasant! Sometimes I think its good that I am single when I diet! hahahaha!
Hope it gets you past the hump! YOu never know though, you could wake up tomorrow and it will be gone just like that! Looks like you are doing fabulous! I can't wait to be where you are at!! Good for you!
  • Joan,

I am doing TO Saturday and Sunday...want to join me? We can help each other survive the misery!
  • Joan and stiesta,
I'm doing take off this weekend, too. I'll need some willpower because I'm having family over for my twin boys birthday on Sunday which means I'll have to avoid all the cake, ice cream and snacks.
  • Well chickies.. TO is on hold... been too stressed to do it this weekend... We have a NEW BABY...

    Corryn Taylor
    8 pounds 2 ounces
    Born 7/9/06 9:45 am
    20 inches long.

Mom (my daughter) and baby are doing GREAT!
  • Joan--congratulations! How exciting for you and your family.

Thanks Boos. Everyone is happy with the exception of Hannah, who now that the baby sister is actaully here, isn't sure what to do with her
  • Congrats Joan, how exciting!
