Reduce Plus

    Morning everyone!

    I was reading the LA at home website and they had alot of people saying good things about the reduce plus vitamins (if they are called that). Does anyone have any experience with this?

    I've been taking my regular Centrium vits all through the program and I'm doing just fine.

    I haven't heard of reduce plus vitamins. LAWL vitamin is called vitamax. Most multi vitamins are designed for 2000 calories plus, LAWL is designed for less. As far as i'm concerned though any multivitamin should work well with the program. If you're looking for supplements that'll help there's trimax and FB500They're optional but are considered a great block and burn duo. I was told that they'll increase weightloss by up to 30% However you'll still lose regardless.
