Default Winning by Losing by Jillian Michaels

I know a few of you mentioned this book back in the May thread? How good would you rate this - I'm thinking about buying it?

HeatherPP - I really liked her book. I found her to be motivational (I need to read it again) and very down to earth. Since you're so into training, I'd really pick it up because there are TONS of toning and aerobic exercises in there as well as a rigorous training schedule. There's information on foods to avoid and she even explains the glycemic index. For instance, I read in there that a lot of the foods that are OP on LAWL have high glycemic indexes and should be avoided because they lead to more starch cravings. Very interesting to find out.

Yes, I think the lean up plan that my trainer has me on is very similar to that - I actually went ahead and ordered it yesterday - found it for $10.70 with tax and shipping - so not a bad deal for a $16 book. I saved a little. I did see on that thread where you finally got your answer about the AMR - I calculated mine today and her answer to you was exactly what I needed - Thanks for the response. and OH - DID I TELL YOU - SO GLAD TO HAVE YOU BACK CHICKIE!
