I was posting in the 100 # club and someone told me about you over here. I am still new to the board, and I can't seem to navigate around here very well yet. At any rate, I went back on LAWL just this week, I started on Wednesday. I lost down to 281.5 doing the 3 day phase, and I am so excited that I got that result. We had a family renuion just yesterday and because I planned and stuck to my phase before the reunion, I was able to over come any craving for sugar :carrot: and that was a wonderful achievement for me. I was so addicted to sugar.....so just wanted to share that with ya! Can't wait to see what Wednesday has instore for me....woop woop:dust:
