Hi everyone.. How are all of you rthis fine weekend.. I have been staying OP ..I think..just looking to see if anyone has a red book available maybe lost enough they are down to another plan.. I got some sheets but not sure if I have all the info.. I keep checking on ebay too.. there was one gold plan but not red.. thanks everyone..;)

Hi Kim,
If you go to the LA Weightloss group on Yahoo groups and go to the files, there is a file in there for the allowed foods and portion breakdown for red2 which I believe the foods and portion sizes are the same as Red1

thanks.. I did go there and printed out the lists but i wasn't sure if that was all the info I needed... thanks again.. kim
