I am currently doing gold with lites but I only bought a limited supply of the lites because of the cost. So I was wondering what plan I would be put on if I chose not to purchase any more lites. Can someone enlighten me on how many P, S, F, V, D, and F if I swich plans? And are the serving sizes larger? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your response. I only know the portion sizes for the gold-like I can have 1/3 cup pasta or rice, and so many oz. of uncooked meat/poultry, 2 TBSP raisins or 1 small apple, 1 tsp margarine, etc. Do you know what the serving sizes for PSFVDF are for the purple plan?
