Purple to Blue to Red....HELP!!!

Okay I need expert advice from you ladies. I was on purple and it worked well for about the first 2 weeks and then I got stuck at my current weight. I started working out about 2 or 3 weeks ago (about 80 minutes a day 6 times a week) and they didnt change my plan right away. Then on Saturday they changed my plan to Blue. Then I went in yesterday to WI and I was down about a pound. But the girl I met with yesterday didnt think my plan was correct so she emailed someone today and when I went to WI there was a Red booklet in my folder. I'm so confused.:?: Now I cant do lites bc I am allergic and today she said something about putting me on Red because I couldnt have the lites. I am so lost. :( Does this make sense to any of you experts? It seems like so much food. Should I stick with blue and just show them a red book or what?! :dizzy:

Megan:
I believe that they change your plan b/c you are excercising more of what they suggest (5hrs a week). I remember that I mentioned to my COD that Iwas excercising and she told me to let her know how many hours I was excercising and if I was feeling hungry b/c they have to change my plan to red.

How much more food is red compared to blue? I'm on blue now, but I'm doing the lites. I guess you would need more food if you are not doing lites. Red makes sense if you think of it that way, although I don't know what red consists of. Congrats on the loss! 1 pound down is 1 pound down.

Megan- I am on red with no lites and exercise more than 5 hours a week. I am losing very well on this plan. I think that red is right for you. Do this: Follow the red plan for 2 weeks, and see what happens. I'll bet you start losing like crazy again.

Katie - I thought you did Blue? Or did you switch after starting the exercise?

Repo girl 03-21-2006 04:44 PM

I switched back to red.

what did i do wrong?! I was POP yesterday and I worked out and I was up almost 2lbs :yikes: is this just my body adjusting or what?! :(

Probably.

My COD told me to give my body a week to get used to the new plan. It's hard, but I guess we have to trust them and do it.

I feel your pain! You know I do! Hang in there.

When I first started I was on purple with the lites. I told them I was not going to do lites so I got put on red. Then after I lost 16 they said I could go back to purple. After I went to purple I got stuck for almost 2 weeks now things are moving again.
You do get more food just stick with it. :goodvibes

Red is for those exercising aerobically over 5 hours per week. Stick it out with red and you will see a loss. It does take time for your body to adjust to a new plan and if you are working out you are building muscle which weighs more than fat. If you weighed in just after your work out you will be up as well. Also - are you within 10 days of your monthly cycle or did you have beef or pork last night? Those are all factors as well. Again, stick to red-you need the calories with your work outs being so long/many.
