red plan question

As I was studying my Red Plan I saw under dairy it mentions LF String cheese...and I noticed it says 2 beside that....does that mean I can have two string cheese as one dairy????? Man if it does I have been cheating myself some cheese!

Poor Heather. I can't stand to be shorted on dairy. You can take my veggies, you can cut my proteins, but don't you DARE take my dairy or starches!! No way, no how.
