? @ Salad nutrition....

How bad is this compared to eating a frozen dinner? let me know what you ladies think - I know the sodium is a little high, but I was thinking some of the frozen dinners are about that high??? This includes reduced sugar dressing and all - even the fried noodles (which I wouldn't eat - of course)

emmysmom 02-23-2006 10:37 AM

I'd stay away...the fat is also really high and the high fructose corn syrup is usally a no-no to me.

deetsmom 02-23-2006 10:38 AM

PURPLEPIRATE99 02-23-2006 11:23 AM

Thanks chickies - I guess I will forget about that one then - it seems so healthy till you look at the nutrition......

Mary - it is a salad from Panera Bread!!!

If it's a place where they make it could they mortify it like know salt added to the chicken. Or is it a prepackaged salad? Sounds good, but I agree why to high in the things we shouldn't have.

Chklithunder 02-23-2006 02:24 PM

OMG I used to have that quite often at Panera! No no no more... Heather -where did you find the nutrition info BTW?
