Question on Tea
 

If I am drinking a decaffinated lemon tea does that count toward my water for the day? Or is it just extra liquids I am having? Today is just a crummy day and I dont feel like water so I opted for tea but after thinking about it I wasnt sure if it would count as my water...any advice?! :hug:

It is supposed to be counted as extra liquids. Not sure why, though...

darn!! figures. I guess I will just have to drink extra water tomorrow and drink some more tonight.

I never understood why decaff wouldn't count.....oh well

on other plans decaf does count as water - ie. Weight watchers - but I have asked and it doesn't on LA. Real bummer for me since I drink so much decaf tea and coffee throughout the day. Between the decaf and my regular water, I spend half the day in the bathroom!
