I'd give my right arm to be 156--WTG. DH is doing LAWL with me so we are planning a cruise in June as a gift to US!!! No kids, no worries, just us looking good ;)

boo~ were going to cruise in July. I plan to have these legs toned by then and there will be no cover-ups for me this year.

woohoo--HOW EXCITING!! Where are you going? We still haven't decided--I am a terrible decision maker--ugh. As of last night we are flip flopping between a Caribbean cruise, or just all inclusive to Cancun or Cozumel--I really am bad. DH says just pick one!! I have a fear of committing ($$) in case I don't reach my goal b/c I refuse to go if I am not thinner. Like you, I want no cover-ups, no T-shirts--just a decent suit. I know after my c-section I would never attempt a bikini (regardless of weight) but a cute tankini would be awesome.

Okay, here is the scoop on the frozen yogurt. My grocery store had LF, but no SF. The low fat was a whopping 200 calories for 1/2 a cup. Ben and Jerry's Cherry Garcia was a little lower, 170, but still, this is unacceptable. Most SF, FF ice cream is bettween 80 & 90 calories for 1/2 a cup, as is skim milk. With the ice cream you are getting a lot more fillers and less calcium than the milk, but still for an occasional treat, I cannot see why FF SF ice cream cannot be considered a dairy. I am going to.
