I just wanted to share a great website with everyone, im sure alot of you have seen it! and I hope it's okay for me to share it's www.realage.com this is a great site that determines you real age based on your health evaluation try it! I did it a while back before my lifestyle changes and i was 3 years older than my real age now im 4.5 years younger than my real age!! because of the changes i've made! and it gives you tips on how to get younger ect.. check it out it's worth it! ~ Kimberly
