Leah- I am licensed for 12, and then my three, so I can have 15 here at a time, but a usual day is more like 10 or 11. Their ages are so mixed that it is doable. I will not have more than one under year, ever.

Deets~ I am so close to just coming over to stabilization with you. I am tired of WL and I am doing pretty good at maintaining I am going to give it my last month here and I start stabilization on April 2. so I am going to get on the ball and get to 140 next month. I promise.

Emmy~ I was thinking the same thing about the 3 week old. I don’t think I let people touch DS without those hospital gloves at 3 weeks, but I guess it is easier after the first one.

Bre~ and good job

I have been going back from 147-148 all week. I am supposed to be 146 on Saturday. I think I might just do TO because I have gotten off track some and haven’t been planning like I should. Plus hearing all the TO success you all have had makes me want to try. But that means no Saturday morning pancakes and I live or Saturday morning pancakes
The inches before the finish line are so hard!!! Stabilization is a TON of food, its ridiculous. I have a little over a pound to get back to 133 and I dont know how ill get there with so much food..on Gold you will eventually have 4 fruits and 5 vegs, can you imagine? LOL...its a lot.

I just got back from my WI and lost .4 for the week! Normally, I wouldn't be excited about it, but I ate bad from Wed to Sun last week, started up on Monday again and did TO Tues and yesterday. It must have really worked cuz I'm actually showing a loss!!! I would have been happy with a slight gain. Yippee!

I was asked why I did TO with oranges though. I told her after the weekend I had I was too embarrassed to go in on Monday to get the juice (cuz I would have had to weigh in) and besides I didn't want to spend the money on the juice if there is a cheaper alternative. I told her I found out about using oranges or 1/2 of a cantalope from you guys on this site. She said that I can use the cantalope but not oranges. So, she said that if I do TO without their juice again, I have to use the cantalope with it. I don't see the problem with it since it worked for me, but to make her happy, I'll log in that I had cantalope and have the oranges instead. They are forcing me to lie about it since I can't stand cantalope and won't eat it. I thought the conversation was interesting

I asked about the new cookbook too. They are getting it in next week sometime. She said that all the recipes are on their $99 website too. Has anyone purchased the use to this website? If so, can you tell me if it's worth it? I'm debating if I want to just get the new cookbook or subscribe to their site.

Hello Diane:
I asked in my center about tthe website, but 99 dollars!!!... I would really want to suscribe in it but after all that I think we all paid to be in the program( i don't regret it) it should be more cheaper. In the center they told me that you can write what you eat-like the journal- and also the recipes from the book, and purchase the bars online. So I just gonna get the book, because I think that is too much...

I agree. Personally, I think that members should get it for free, but maybe that's just me. I talked to my DH and his opinion is that we've spent (and are spending) enough already. I have to agree with him. I have the old cookbook, so I may just be happy with that one. Although I hear the new one has A LOT more yummy recipes. Decisions, decisions....

Emmysmom (Tina) had posted quite a few new recipes in recipe section from the website, which I have tried a few of them. She has also posted a few pages back all the recipe titles that are on the web site if there were some other ones that we wanted her to post. I would check out the other thread and copy some of the one's that are on there. The chicken tomato pesto one is excellent and there's also a meatball sandwich one that is also very good. I agree I feel another $99 is plain greed to keep charging us for everything, when we've already paid so much and keep paying. I think they could have reduced the price.

That is so funny about the oranges and cantaloupe, because I always tell my center that I did TO with oranges, and they always say Great. Like Shennie said one time on another thread, "Good to hear that the centers are staying consistent with their inconsistency!"

Thanks for the tip on the recipes. I just copied a bunch of them that look really good.

Shennie - Sounds good to me! I'm in for $2.
