New to La Weight Loss
 

Hi all, my name is Kim and I just started lawl this past Thursday. My goal is to lose 60 pounds. A little overwhelming but I am very committed. I am so glad that I found this forum. I know I will need lots of support to stay on track, people to share in my success and to keep me motived if I slip. I hope that I can return the favor to anyone who needs it. I am looking forward to getting to know everyone.

I am glad you found us too. I have been on LAWL since 1/8 and it really is the best thing I have ever done. Just jump right in the girls here are great and they are always willing to help in any way that they can.
