  • Hi Linds: I noticed that you made a smoothie with a scoop of protein powder. Has your COD said anything about that? I make a smoothie with fruit and protein powder everyday and COD scolded me and said that wasn't OP and to stop doing that!

    My COD hasn't mentioned anything about the scoop of protein. Either I'm lucky and she's let it slip or they don't have a problem with it. I don't have smoothies that often. Its more an on the run meal.
