I started the program last Wed (Dec 28th) and as of weighing yesterday I have lost 3.2 lbs. I know not much, but for me, I am happy. I am doing the 5 week program, I want to lose between 10-15 lbs of the last post preg weight that will never leave.
I was skeptical at first about joining because of the pushy sales tactics, but it isn't too bad. Especially since they offered me the 5 week program right away without trying to get me to committ to more, so that was good.
Anyhow, I have been following the Gold program and feel that it isn't bad, it really is a lot of food and I am not hungry in between too often.
I was glad to find this board, thanks for the great information that everyone shares!
