Default YUM, this is too good to be LAWL!

Got your attention? Lots of us are former WW'ers here...I remembered one of my favorite treats and just made one- very delicious!!

Take one graham cracker (1S) and some fat free cool whip (condiment) and make a sandwich of it, freeze until firm. SUPER YUMMY "ice cream sandwich"!

Don't you get 2 crackers (total of 4 squares) as 1S?

Deetsmom, Yes!! I have used that one, too!

I also resurrected the Diet Coke chicken. Works perfectly on LAWL and my kids adore it (and so do I). Cook your chicken breasts in a skillet sprayed with Pam until they are browned on both sides. Add 1 can Diet Coke and 1 cup of ketchup, stir to combine. Cover and cook until chicken is completely done. Then, take off lid and allow sauce to cook down until slightly thickened. This has a wonderful barbecue-y taste to it. We serve it over rice.

Since ketchup is a condiment and there are 16 tablespoons of ketchup in one cup, I count this as all three of my condiments.

Yum, You guys, sounds really good. Here is one of my new ones:
1 egg
1 T skim milk
1 t dry pancake batter
Whip together with a fork and cook in a small hot skillet like crepes. It should make 3 thin crepes. Fill with your favorite fruits sweetened with Spenda, and a dab of FF Cool Whip. I used frozen blueberries and rasberries, and nuked them till they were hot. After the crepes were filled with fruit and rolled, I poured the leftover juice from the berries over the crepes like syrup. Since the calorie content of the milk ( >10 cal) and batter (12 cal) is so minimal, I just count the crepes as 1/2 protein. Makes a yummy breakfast, and a great way to get in some fruit. My little kids can each eat 3 of these!
