Putting plan "on hold"?
Hi there,
I've been reading the posts for the past 9 weeks that I've been on LAWL. It's really been helpful. I've been having success (18 lbs.) but a friend who joined when I did is just not committed right now. She has 2 weeks left on her initial weight loss plan, but will not get anywhere near her goal. Does anyone know whether you can put your plan "on hold" for a while? (Neither one of us are doing the LA Lites, and we only go in 1-2 times per week for weigh-ins, so a rebate is not really an issue for us.) I think it would be best for her to get mentally back on track and then start it again when she can give it her all. thanks, Linda |
I have heard of several people being put on hold...for various reasons traveling, surgery, and just because. So I'm sure they could do that for your friend.

Linda - I've put the plan on hold several times, but they will want a start date. At least that's my experience.
Good luck to your friend, and don't be shy! Start posting! Julie |
They told me that the max amount of time they could put me on hold was 2 weeks. I was out of town longer than that and I lost the other weeks! Is it true that the max is 2 weeks?

If you have surgery you are on hold for a month after the surgery date.

I put my plan on hold for 3 weeks while I was out of town, and no one seemed to have a problem with it.
