XCEL? Any tried it?
 

So I have been on the program for 10 weeks now and am down 14 lbs, but still feel tired, so the new manager at my center (which on a side note I think is wrong that they change the people around) suggested I try XCEL, so I am trying it. I have not really noticed anything different, I mean it has only been days but we wille see.

Has anyone else tried it and what have you found?

I have been taking the XCEL since September and I find that my energy level is much more even...now I can drink my diet Coke because I want it, not because I need it! I also think that it helps with suppressing my appetite and definitely with water retention.

I do not see any difference in using it and will not repurchase. It did nothing to accelerate loss and I already had a high energy level, so I saw no change.

Thanks for the info. I got some and really have not noticed anything great happening. i thought i would try it out since we are going on vacation in Dec and thought it might help a little. we will have to wait and see, i have only been taking it since Saturday.
