Favorite "night before WI" - POP dinner menu?
 
I want to have a good WI tomorrow, Ive been strict with the program but the night before, I like to be extra "good". ;)

Some people say that certain proteins are "heavier", some have opinions on when to space out the starches during the day, what fruits are better for you vs ones with too much sugar, etc...so I am trying to plan tonights dinner and want to know your opinions! I think I am going to try and keep my fruits and starches to the earlier part of the day, obviously eat by 7 or so (even though I am up till about 12 every night) and of course my water (please, I have already had at least 48oz, LOL!)

Anyone have a favorite pre-WI dinner that has good results for you? Please share:)

deets, do you stop eating completly a 7 or do you have a snack before bed. Maybe that is part of my problem, but I am scared that I will be starving in the middle of the night and go on a binge if I stop eating that early.

Dinner is usually at 7...I was having an apple around 8 but have tried not having it after dinner this week...its hard, VERY hard:( I go to bed so late that I really do go to bed hungry sometimes which stinks on WI mornings cos I dont eat till after- AH!!!

sorry deets...im having trouble just staying op today. I go to the COD tomorrow. Yikes! I really wish that I could get the hang of this diet and learn to cook on it. I got the cookbook but in my opinion there isn't much I would eat in it. I am a picky eater.

I too would like to find the pop "final meal" before weigh-in that left me satisfied but not "heavy" for weigh-in. I find myself in the bad habit of drinking everything before weigh-in oj for my fruit, v8 for my veg, hmmm just need a liquid protien!! LOL
