Default For those who have done Take Off recently...

Did you notice that AFTER, when you started eating the normal program amounts again, did your hard earned losses get erased? I just finished Take Off and will WI in the morning..I am very hopeful and like the idea that I gave my system a "shock" but cant help thinking that something like this might make your body hold on to every stinkin calorie I eat in the next week to overcompensate...any experience on this? And, for those TO veterans (cos this was my first time using it since I started LAWL 8 weeks ago), did you find good results with it? Thanks in advance!

I have had some success when I did TO, but not as much as some of the posts I have read here. Now I did TO on Thurs and Fri of last week, this time with the 6oz of protein and 2c of veggies...so I'll let you know what I think after I WI today!

Deetsmom - I've only done TO a couple of times, but haven't found that I rebound afterwards - I usually continue to lose. But - I've only done TO when I've platued - it usually jumps starts the losing again.

I think the key is to not do it for more than the 2-3 days and then to get right back POP afterwards.
I have averaged about a 2lbs lost from TO.

I was down 1.5 this morning at WI..Id have hoped for more for starving all weekend, LOL! Still happy though Im back to the regular program today...no worries about not being POP...I am ridiculously obsessed with staying OP and due to the accountability factor, refuse to ever "cheat"..hopefully this will kick it up a notch, I have 4 weight loss weeks left till goal.

I've only done TO once, but the weight stayed off.
