Ugh, I fell off the wagon last night. We were at a town Hallowe'en party and I was STARVING and the only thing available was a package of cheese crackers...the oily square ones with the fake cheese stuff crammed in between. They really weren't that good. Then, after a stress-inducing incident, I ate a popcorn ball. I feel today like I've put back on the 2.8 lbs I've lost in my first week.

Sally just srink some extra water to flush the sodium out and get back on...I am sure that it won't be as bad as you think at WI. And you could have made far worse choices so pat yourself on the back for that.

I agree with Shennie...drink lots of water. You should be fine.

OH, yeah! Carbs called my name when I first started this plan. Now I forget one if I don't have it at breakfast. I never thought I would say this, but it will be easy for me to give up one starch when I have to. Giving up the 1/2 protein is another story. I do love my Tofu Smoothie for breakfast!

Sally, I too, went off the LAWL express wagon yesterday -- just trying to jump back on today! (actually, I LOVE those cheese peanut butter crackers, esp with a diet coke

Mary - I love any of those cracker packets when I'm traveling. . . great to eat in the car -except for those lurid yellow crumbs. . .
