Problem getting rebate?
 

Hi,

I am not using the LAWL bars in my program and I am wondering if anyone else who did this had a problem getting their rebate? I have been assured by everyone from the district manager to local managers that it will be ok, but they could easily renig based on the wording of the contract... :?:

Very curious to hear from anyone who's reached that point in the programme...

I had a friend actually get her rebate, but she used the bars and it still took months.

I was told that you are not eligible for the rebate unless you do the LA Lites and buy a full year of maintenance. I only bought 6 weeks of maintenance and hated the LA Lites so I'm not eligible.

I was also told that I was not eligible for the rebate unless I bought the bars - but maybe the centers vary how they do it.

In order to get the rebate, I had to:
come in 3 times a week
eat the bars
maintain weight w/in 5 lbs for a year of mainenance

I received the same thing about rebate...

3 times a week
Eat bars
Maintain weight within 5 lbs for 1 year

The way it works is that you get 1/2 of the rebate back at six months (so 25% of your original price) and the other 1/2 at the year mark.

At my center you have to use the bars, go 3 times a week and give them your first born (or something like that).

Joan, if you're really worried, why don't you ask them for something in writing?
