Nutritional info on bars

    Hi all

    Can anyone give me the nutritional values for the Chocolate crunch, cookie dough and fruit and nut bars? I took mine out of all the boxes for easier storage now I need the info!

    I would really appreciate this....

    For the chocolate crunch, the info is:
    Calories: 190
    Calories from fat: 45
    Total fat: 5g (8% DV)
    Saturated fat: 3g (15% DV)
    Trans fat: 0
    Cholesterol: 5mg (2% DV)
    Sodium: 110mg (5% DV)
    Total Carbs: 29g (10% DV)
    Dietary Fiber: 1g (6% DV)
    Sugars: 18g
    Protein: 8g
    Vitamin A: 0%
    Vitamin C: 0%
    Calcium: 2%
    Iron: 8%

    I don't have boxes from the other flavors.
