Looking for the Plan

Hello all,
I want to start the LAWL plan, but don't have access to the information because I live overseas. Does anyone know where I can get it? I looked on e-bay but I didn't see anything there. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

I thought I remembered there being more of these last time I looked... but I did find two listings on e-bay - here is one of them - the action ends this evening - according to the text in the item description...
